Birincisi <em>Eylem Adam\u0131<\/em> olarak adland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131, d\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnyaya d\u00f6n\u00fck ve pratik, fakat i\u00e7 d\u00fcnyas\u0131na ilgisiz olan\u0131. <em>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce Adam\u0131<\/em> dedi\u011fi di\u011feri de, az rastlanan ve kendi hallerini anlamaya&nbsp; y\u00f6nelmi\u015f olan\u0131 imi\u015f. Eylem Adam\u0131\u2019n\u0131n niteli\u011fi, olaylar aras\u0131nda sadece mekanik ili\u015fkiler kurmas\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen \u0130nsan\u0131n\u0131n ise, tekd\u00fcze a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 yetersiz buldu\u011funu, \u2018Bir\u2019den, \u2018\u00c7ok\u2019a, \u2018basit\u2019den \u2018karma\u015f\u0131k\u2019a ge\u00e7erken nedenleri arad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015f.(*)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eylem yanl\u0131s\u0131 hep \u201cbir\u201de, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yanl\u0131s\u0131 hep \u201c\u00e7ok\u201da e\u011filimli olurmu\u015f. Neden b\u00f6yledir? Galiba d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek isteyenler se\u00e7enekleri bulmak pe\u015fine tak\u0131l\u0131rken; eylem yanl\u0131lar\u0131&nbsp; zaten ba\u015fka yolun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 noktas\u0131nda i\u00e7lerini rahat ettirenlerden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Eyleme \u201cBa\u015fka yolu kalmad\u0131\u201d denildi\u011finde girilmesi adettendir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ise, \u201cBildi\u011fim yolla olmayacak. Galiba ba\u015fka yollar\u0131 bulmam gerek.\u201d der demez ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise bir ger\u00e7ek.&nbsp; Yani her zaman d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye bir olumsuzlukla, bir ele\u015ftiriyle ba\u015flan\u0131r. Ben pek \u201c\u015eimdi neden bu kadar mutluyum?\u201d sorusunu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnene rastlamad\u0131m. Fakat..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sorgulamak isteyene,&nbsp; merak edene, denemek isteyenlere karar noktas\u0131nda, y\u00f6netim makam\u0131nda&nbsp; duranlar, pek iyi g\u00f6zle bakmaz. Biliriz bunu. \u201cBir dakika!\u201d deyip d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek, tekere \u00e7omak sokmak, binbir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 i\u00e7inde yeni bir dert&nbsp; olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. \u201cVaktinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnseydin ya!\u201d.&nbsp; \u0130\u015f \u00e7\u0131karma zaman\u0131yken olacak i\u015f midir? \u015eimdi durup d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmenin, neyin nereden geldi\u011fini, \u00f6nceden yap\u0131lanlarla k\u0131yaslaman\u0131n, ne ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funu ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n s\u0131ras\u0131 m\u0131d\u0131r?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"587\" height=\"280\" src=\"\" alt=\"Metin Kutusu: Fakat insanlar\u0131n kendiliklerinden de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye s\u0131cak bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenemez. Ha \u201cKad\u0131n milleti i\u015fte, sa\u00e7\u0131 uzun akl\u0131 k\u0131sa.\u201d diye bellemi\u015fiz, ha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne ta\u015f\u0131na \u201cKad\u0131n akl\u0131yla i\u015f yapmamak gerek.\u201d diye bulmu\u015fuz. Takvimler, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen insanlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan engellerden biridir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken kaybedilen zamanda kah i\u015fin ba\u015flamas\u0131 gecikecek, kah rakipler \u00f6ne ge\u00e7ecektir. Daha fazla kafa patlaman\u0131n alemi yoktur. \u2018\u0130\u015f \u00e7\u0131karmak\u2019 tercihi olanlar i\u00e7in ya\u015fam bir yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ne yap\u0131p edip \u00f6nde olmak, f\u0131rsat bulduk\u00e7a aksakl\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00fczelterek ko\u015fuya devam etmektir as\u0131l olan. Oysa aksakl\u0131klar pansuman de\u011fil, belki de ameliyat edilmeyi gerektirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnene kar\u015f\u0131 ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclen bir \u015fey de \u00f6nceli\u011fin <em>i\u015fe yarama<\/em> oldu\u011fudur. Yani yap\u0131lan\u0131n do\u011fru olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yarar sa\u011flamas\u0131 yeter. Pragmatizm de denilen bu tavr\u0131n, orta ve uzun d\u00f6nemle, yarar\u0131n kapsam alan\u0131yla, dolayl\u0131 zararlarla, y\u00fcr\u00fcyen di\u011fer i\u015flere uyumla bir derdi yoktur. Kentlerin altyap\u0131 onar\u0131mlar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcrken koordine olunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan yak\u0131n\u0131r\u0131z ya, i\u015fte onun gerisinde \u2018yapt\u0131k ya, oldu i\u015fte\u2019 pragmatizmi vard\u0131r, nas\u0131l olsa kaz\u0131lan yer alt\u0131nc\u0131 ay\u0131nda bir daha a\u00e7\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Ne var yani? Problem \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k\u00e7a \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclecek, birka\u00e7 insan da i\u015f bulmu\u015f olacak bundan \u2018ekmek yiyecek\u2019, k\u0131sacas\u0131 yarar sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cB\u0131rak ince d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyi zaten her zaman b\u00f6yle olur. Bir sen mi ak\u0131ll\u0131s\u0131n? Y\u0131llard\u0131r her yerde olan bu.\u201d. Siyasilerin zaman zaman yakaland\u0131klar\u0131 dan\u0131\u015fman f\u0131rt\u0131nalar\u0131n\u0131n hasarlar\u0131n\u0131 izlemekten herhalde \u00e7o\u011fumuza b\u0131kk\u0131nl\u0131k geldi.
